applications we need the model number of the unit, the ratio, the
motor frame size being used and the shaft arrangement required. |

Replacement Units: For
replacement units, it is very important to send us the serial number
of the unit being replaced. This will guarantee a duplicate unit is
shipped to you. Without the serial number, when placing the order,
Cone Drive/Textron will not exchange an incorrect unit without
restocking charges. If the serial number is not visible on the tag
on the unit, please provide as much information as possible, such as
the original customer, estimated date of purchase, type of equipment
that it is on, etc. This will help us to identify the correct unit. |
