Akron Gear manufacturers roller chain, silent chain, HTD, and poly chain sprockets for all industries. Tooling to manufacture is in stock or readily available for tooth cutting. Sprockets up to 84" in Outside Diameter can be manufactured to AGMA class 8 specifications and sprockets up to 120" Outside Diameter to AGMA Class 6. Sprockets can be of a one piece design or split using materials such as steel, cast iron, or plate depending on the configuration.
